Blue Hippo have been accused of shady business practices for years now Customers signing up for installment plans to buy laptops, personal computers, and televisions have complained of several problems they have had with their experience with Blue Hippo computers. They have recently filed for chapter seven bankruptcy and the company is seemingly on its last leg though, possibly indicating that the rumors about the company are true. Customers have complained for years about the company’s business practices, stating that they have been overcharged, charged upon cancellation of their order prior to receiving any services rendered by this company, and even never receiving items. The company’s owner, Joseph Rensin, declined to comment recently on the company’s move to file for chapter seven bankruptcy. The company’s lawyers stated that Rensin was not authorized to comment. Their lawyers have also failed to comment several times concerning allegations that the service provided by Blue Hippo Computers is fraudulent.
